Today I decided to repeat the Longer Crazy Bootcamp workout I did a bit back :http://asymptoticallyapproachingfitness.blogspot.com/2011/02/longer-crazy-bootcamp-workout.html. Like last time, this workout seemed to fly by even though it was almost 30 minutes long. It was mostly a cardio workout but added in a bit of arm and core workout with the plank stuff. I liked this one just as much as I did last time.

Avg. HR- 150
Max. HR- 171
Min. HR- 92
Time Above- 22:37
Time In- 5:47
Time Below- 0:22
Burn- 20g, 157.4Kc
Looking at the stats, I would say I probably didn't push as hard this time as I did last time. Based on how I felt, I would probably have to agree. I'm still a bit under the weather so while I was working pretty hard, I know I wasn't pushing to my max.
