Still not sure what I'm doing with the KB, but doing it just the same. A treid a new format out today. Not a terribly hard HR workout but still a good one. Something I've noticed about the few workouts I've done..... they don't get my HR too high, but I do get sweating pretty good and feel a little weak in the legs when I'm done. So I am pretty sure the workouts are doing what they are supposed to do! The 2 min swing sets started to feel pretty tough by the last 20 seconds or so. Unfortunately, I felt it a bit in my back those last few seconds, so I'm not sure if that is good or not. It wasn't pain, just fatigue.
Workout:
2 min timed sets of 2 HD swings
30 sec Rest
5x5 1 HD swings repeated 5xs
30 sec Rest
Repeat: I didn't count how many sets I did of each, but I did it for 29:00 minutes, ending with the 2 minute timed 2 HD swings.
