Friday I was feeling a bit sore, so I decided to take the day off in preparation for the KB class I was scheduled to take on Sat. Unfortunately, the KB class didn't really turn out to be much of a workout so I kind of ended up with two days off. On the other hand, the class was beneficial for helping me learn a bit more about proper KB form and now I'm not afraid to do snatches! The whole family is sick, and I started to come down it Sat/Sun but I still wanted to get in a workout on Sunday so I did a KB workout with some of my new found skills:).

I didn't count the number of rounds I did but I kept repeating the same circuit until I was a little over 20 minutes.
