This morning was the Hot Body Beach wo on bodyrock.tv http://www.bodyrock.tv/2011/03/24/hot-body-beach-workout-2/. I did a few of the beach workouts a while back, when they were first posted on bodyrock. However, that was during the big lull of me not blogging any of my workouts. What I do remember, is that in general, I really liked the beach workouts I did. However, I'm pretty sure it was one of the other ones that was my favorite since this one included mountain climbers and I always hate them. Other than that, this was a good workout and I liked the set up a lot. I was surprised at how much my muscles really started burning during the side lunge knee tucks and the jump lunges. And my shoulders were on fire from the commando push up/mountain climber combo.
