Before and after my workout today, I messed around a bit with trying to do a few TGU and a few cleans. I think I get the TGUs because I've done these with dumbells before. However, I'm not sure I'm really getting the cleans. I if I can make it to the next KB intro class, it would be a really good thing. Oh, and I also tried sticking a few Goblet squats into my workout at first, but quickly dropped them because they were hurting my back. I guess I need to figure those out too.

I really tried to concentrate on my swing form, pushing my hips back and snapping them forward. I noticed how much more tired I felt when I really tried to snap the hips.
