Another KB swinging workout today. This one lasted a little over 26 minutes, and was a bit easier than a few of the others I did. I forgot to start my HR monitor at the beginning of the workout so I don't have any stats to report on that end.
Workout: Each round was 5- 1hd swings on the right, then x-number of 2hd swings, then 5- 1hd swings on the left. The 2hd swings started at 5 and increased in intervals of 5 until I hit 50. Then I came back down the ladder in intervals of 5. The rest period was roughly equal to the work period at the beginning, but when I got higher up the ladder, I shortened the rest period so it was at max. around 45 seconds, even though the work period was longer.
