Still sick but did want to get some type of workout in. I decided to do another KB workout since they don't to be quite as intense as some of the bodyweight, HIIT, stuff I do.
Workout: Intervals 10/50, Repeat 3xs,24 minutes
1. 2 Hd swings
2. Walkout Push Ups
3. Single Handed Transfer Swings
4. Maltese Sit Ups
5.2 Hd swings
6. 1-2-3- Push Ups
7. Singel Handed Transfer Swings
8. Alternating Side Crunches
This really was a pretty easy workout and went by incredibly fast.
