This morning's workout was a sweaty one! I was surprised, because I thought it might be a bit easier than it was. Last workout I was reminded how I liked the other "beach" workouts that bodyrock.tv did so I sought out the other one to do this morning: http://www.bodyrock.tv/2011/01/26/bikini-beach-workout/. This was similar set-up to the one I did on Friday but with some different moves. As I remembered, I liked this one a bit better than the last one just because of the choice of some of the exercises. However, I think this one may have been even tougher than Friday's.
Workout:
Part 1: Intervals 10/30, Repeat 2xs
1. Backward Lunge Knee Up-rt
2. Backward Lunge Knee Up-left
3. Plank Jumps (jump right, jump left, jump center, jump up)
Part 2: 2 minutes
2 Walking Push Ups/4 Low Side to Side Step Touch
Part 3: Intervals 10/30, Repeat 2xs
1. Jump Forward, Jump Backward, Jump Tuck
2. Side Plank Jump and Push Up -rt
3. Side Plank Jump and Push Up-left
