Set Fire and Tik-Tok Mish Mash

I was geared up to do the Set Fire workout this morning but as I was writing out the workout, I realized that I wanted to increase the time and cut back on the jump lunges a bit since I did so many yesterday.  So I decided to combine the Set Fire workout http://www.bodyrock.tv/2011/03/08/set-fire-workout/ with the Tik-Tok challenge http://www.bodyrock.tv/2011/02/08/tik-tok-exercise-challenge/ on bodyrock.  Here is what I came up with:

Workout: Intervals 10/30, Repeat 4xs, 21+min

1. Mtn. Jump Lunges
2. Sliding Push Ups
3. Tik Tok Exercise
4. Scissor Crunches
5. Mtn. Jump Lunges
6. Tricep Dip and Alternating Knee Tuck
7. Tik Tok Exercise
8. Side Bridge Lifts (alternating sides each round)

I somehow managed to stop my watch part way through the workout, so I don't have any stats.  However, I felt like this was a pretty good workout and glancing at my HR monitor from time to time showed me that my heart was pumping pretty hard.  I also felt like this was a pretty well rounded workout, hitting upper body, lower body, and even obliques and triceps.
