Descending Interval Workout

This a good set-up that I've used in the past.  I changed up a few of the exercises I chose this time around and it still made for a really good workout.  This is a good workout for getting the heart rate up without burning out.

Workout: 3 Couplet Circuit, 10/40 4xs, 10/30 5xs, 10/20 6xs

Couplet 1: 10/40 Repeat 4xs
1a. Pulsing Snowboarder Jumps
1b. Alternating Side Crunches

Couplet 2: 10/30 Repeat 5xs
2a. Super Low Oblique Hop Squats
2b. Commando Roll Over Push Ups

Couplet 3: 10/20 Repeat 6xs
3a. Surfer Jumps
3b. 1-2-3 Push Ups

Workout Stats: 20 Min (with transition time between couplets)
Avg. HR- 151
Max. HR- 174
Min. HR- 89
Time Above- 15:37
Time In- 3:55
Time Below- 0:46
Burn- 14g, 111.2Kc
