Monday Countdown

Well, we are in our final week before our big move.  I'm hoping to get in some tough workouts to lead into a likely period of time off, but as I'm looking at this week's schedule, I think I just better aim for any workouts I can get.  Today I did the Give Me a Reason Wo from bodyrock.tv: http://www.bodyrock.tv/2011/02/18/give-me-a-reason-workout/.  Although in true form, I did it my own way by adding 3 minutes of the capoeira move to the beginning and the end of the workout.

This workout had a LOT of jump lunges!  Oh my, were my legs ever burning.  The dead lifts were supposed to be with weights, but since I don't have any here, I added the hop to up the intensity.  I have to admit the chin ups were pretty pitiful (I think I only got in 7, I just felt so tired overall, not necessarily my arms).  I do pull ups, but for some reason I rarely do chin ups.  I realized today that they really hurt my wrist.
