Did one of my favorite workouts today, the Push Up Workout at fitmiss.tv. For some reason though, I was really dragging and my jump ups were pathetic and the my time for this workout was pretty slow! I did change things a big, made it a bit longer, and added a few more push ups.
Workout: 5 couplets
Couplet 1: Repeat 6xs
1a. Lunge Back Knee Jump Ups-10/leg
1b. Spider Man Push Ups-10
Couplet 2: Repeat 5xs
2a. Prisoner Squat with Alternating Knee Ups-10
2b. Push Up while Plank Jack Out- 10
Couplet 3: Repeat 4xs
3a. Burpees-5
3b. Walk-Out Push Ups-5
Couplet 4: Repeat 3xs
4a. Snowboarder Jumps-10
4b. Swimmer Push Ups-10
Couplet 5: Repeat 2xs
5a. Roll Back Jump Ups-10
5b. Commando Roll Over Push Ups-5

Like always, this workout got me breathing hard. I also think the extra push ups are really going to have me sore tomorrow.....I'm already feeling it a bit in my upper arms. The plank work it also great for my core, something that always needs work!
