Still breathing hard but wanted to get this out there before I run out of time today.
Workout: 3 Couplets, 6 minutes each
Couplet 1:
1a. Breakdance Burpee-5
1b. Ball Hand to Foot Transfer-10
Couplet 2:
2a. Side Step Ups -10/side
2b. Commando Roll Over Push Ups-5
Couplet 3:
3a. Crazy Bootcamp Exercise-10
3b. Butt Lift-10
Workout Stats: 18 minutes

The first couplet didn't do a whole lto for my HR but was a real ab burner. The other two couplets started to get my HR rate up, especially the last one. I also thought of a new "couplet" style workout I'd like to try..... except using 3 exercises per couplet, so really a triplet workout. Each "triplet" would have a leg (cardio) exercise, an arm exercise, and a core exercise. I think I may give this set-up a try soon.
