I revived an old workout I did some time back. I got this workout from Debbie at forum.videofitness.com and it is a good one. It really hits all the body parts, upper, lower, front chain, back chain, etc. It is also a very versitile workout by subbing different variations of pushups, squats, lunges, etc. Again, this workout allowed me to dabble a bit in kettlebell swings by using a dumbell as a substitute.

1. Swimmer Push Ups- 15
2. Swings- 25 (10 rt, 5 double, 10 left)
3. Weighted Sumo Squats- 25
4. Prisoner Sumo Squat Jumps- 25
5. Pull Ups- 5
6. Swings- 25
7. Weigted Curtsy Lunges- 25/leg
8. Split Jump Lunges- 25/leg
9. 1-Arm Press Up- 10/arm
10. Swings- 25
11. Weighted Deadlifts- 25
12. Pistol Squats- 5/leg
