Today I tried the set-up I thought of two days ago. I kept the idea of the 6 minute couplets, but turned the couplets into tirplets. Each triplet had a cardio, arm, and core exercise. This went by really fast and wasn't too hard.
Workout: 3 Triplets, 6 minutes each
Triplet 1:
1a. Dynamic Squats-20
1b. Swmmer Push Ups-10
1c. Strong Core Exercise-10
Triplet 2:
2a. Jump Lunges-20
2b. Side to Side Push Ups-10
2c. Seated Bicycle-10
Triplet 3:
3a. Snow Boarder Jumps-20
3b. Plank Ups to Side Bridge Lift-10
3c. Leg Lift Star Crunch-10
