I am sore all over my body from the last few days of work. I'm not sure exactly what caused it (I know the deadlifts made my hammies hurt!), and it isn't the time of DOMS that make it impossible to walk up the stairs, but I still felt I needed to tone things down a bit today. I was particularly looking for a workout that would give my upper body time to heal so I decided to go with a predominantly core focused workout with a little cardio to keep the HR up a bit without being too intense.
Workout: 6 Exercises, Intervals 1:00/25sec, Repeat 3xs, 26 Minutes
1. Roll Back/ Jump Up
2. Ball Hand to Foot Transfer
3. Rear Lunge with Kick- right
4. Maltese Sit-Ups
5. Rear Lunge with Kick- left
6. Seated Bicycle
Workout Stats:
Avg. HR- 126
Max. HR- 162
Min. HR- 70
Above Zone- 5:12
In Zone- 16:21
Below Zone- 4:19
Burn- 13g, 103.9 Kc
This was a nice workout, not too intense, but still felt a bit of muscle fatigue.
