Fitness Challenge Day #19

Today I did the Rock It Workout (http://www.bodyrock.tv/2009/11/03/rock-it-workout-november-3-2009/). The workout had four rounds of 4 different exercises.


1. One Leg Jump Touch Down 10 per leg
2. One Arm Push Ups 5 per arm
3. Mountain Climber Kick-Ups 20 reps
4. Maltese Situps 20 reps

The Maltese Sit-Ups really slowed me down in this workout. It did the entire workout as intended (4 rounds of the four exercises) but I felt that too much of it was taken up by the sit-ups. So I decided to keep going and added on a repeat of the entire workout again but omitted the situps the second go-around. So I did the first 4 rounds as written in 18:04 and then added on 4 rounds of just the one leg jump/touch downs, one arm push ups, and mountain climber kick ups for a total workout time of 24:40. So it only took me about 6+ minutes to do the entire workout minus the situps on the second go-around.

I actually really enjoyed this workout the way I ended up doing it. It wasn't a killer workout but it was a nice, steady pace workout with a bit of extra ab work, which is always good for me because that is my trouble area. I also thought the exercises were fun because they were a bit different from many of the other exercises on the site.
