Yesterday's workout gave me some DOMS in my glutes... must have been all of those jumps in the myomytv.com wo. Today I did the Fat Fighter Workout (
http://www.bodyrock.tv/2010/06/11/fat-fighter-workout/). This workout had 2 parts. Each part had 9 rounds of 10 sec. rest and 30 sec. work for a total of 12 minutes. The exercises in each part are as follows:
Part 1:
1. Pike Jump Squats
2. Strong Core Exercise
3. Plank Jump Push Ups
Part 2:
1. Side Jump Lunge with Oblique Twist (left)
2. Side Jump Lunge with Oblique Twist (right)
3. Elbow Plank Hops
This had some interesting moves.... I really liked the strong core exercise. It seems like Zuzana has been more creative with her choice of exercises lately and has been adding some fun variations I've never tried before. Since this workout was only 12 minutes long, I added 8 min of stationary bike afterwards to up the time.
