I've been keeping up with my fitness challenge but not with posting my daily workouts. I'll give a quick overview of what days 27-30 looked like:
Day 27: Turbo Fat Blaster Workout (http://www.bodyrock.tv/2009/12/10/turbo-fat-blaster-workout/). It was pretty short, just 13:17. So I added on the same Tabata style finisher that I've done before of power jumping jacks, mountain climbers, dynamic squats, and reverse lunges with kick. Per usual, the V-ups were the hardest part for me since my abs are a weak spot for me.

I was really dragging on this workout since I was up most of the night before with "T" since he has an ear infection. I completed this workout in exactly 14 minutes and I called that good for the day, I didn't have anything left.
Day 29: Scheduled rest day
Day 30: Day 30 was the Brutal 500 Rep Workout (http://www.bodyrock.tv/2010/01/04/we-are-back-with-the-500-rep-workout/). I'm fighting the same sinus infection "T" has and I didn't give this workout a very good effort this morning. I was mostly just going through the motions of it but I figure at least doing that was better than not doing anything. I will say though that I did all of the push ups in this workout on my toes and I was proud of myself for that (I did take a couple of breaks during the set of split push ups). I kind of made the push ups my motivator during this workout to help me push the intensity a little since I was feeling pretty sluggish.
