Day 38's workout was the Rock'n No Rolls workout (http://www.bodyrock.tv/2010/06/05/rockn-no-rolls-workout/). This was an interval workout of 10 sec rest and 50 sec work. Each exercise was performed for 4 rounds before moving on to the next one. The exercises in this workout were:
1. 10 High Knees Drop Down
2. Side to Side Pike Jumps
3. Reverse Crunches
4. Side Step Ups
5. Super Girl Push Ups
I think this wo was a good combo of cardio and toning. The Side Step Ups were killer by the end of the 50 seconds and I was surprised how much my abs got worked during this workout. Even the step ups were working my abs as I was working to squeeze my abs as I brought my leg up.
