Daily Workouts

Since I was on the road on Sat., I had to work out in the hotel fitness center.  I had a 20 minute workout consisting of 30/30 intervals on the stationary bike.  This was a pretty good cardio workout and according to the digital readout on the bike, a pretty big calorie burn.

Sunday's workout was the Power Girl Workout (http://www.bodyrock.tv/2010/06/19/power-girl-or-boy-workout/). Instead of 2 rounds I did 3 to increase the workout to 18 minutes. This workout was definitely more toning than cardio and not one of her tougher ones.

Monday I kind of did my own thing using a combination of a couple of bodyrock.tv workouts.  It was supposed to be kind of an ab and cardio mix but in reality, it wasn't an overly intense ab or cadio workout.  The exercises were as follows:

1. Jumping Jacks 100
2. Prisoner Squats with Knee Lift 20
3. Scissor Jumps 100
4. Santana Push Ups 10
5. Jump Rope Skips 100
6. Plank Knee Tucks 20

I completed 5 rounds of the above exercises in 22:05.  While it wasn't a very intense workout, it was good for a longer, more steady-state type workout.
