Fitness Challenge Day #34-35

Day 34 for a rest day for me.

Day 35 was the Suicidal Sweat Workout (http://www.bodyrock.tv/2010/06/12/suicidal-sweat-workout/).  This workout had 4 very unique parts to it.

1. Jump Squats and Push Ups 15 sets
Do 2 jump squats and 1 jump tuck followed by 2 half push ups and 1 power push up

2. Kick Ups and Mountain Climber Peaks 6 sets
10 jumping kick ups followed by 10 jumping mtn. climbers

3. 1 Leg Pike Presses and 1 Leg Jump Squats 4 sets/leg
10 1-leg pike presses followed by 10 1-leg jump squats

4. 20 Twist Push Ups and Tricep Dips

This was a very unique workout.  I know I've mentioned it before but I'm really enjoying the creativity Zuzana has had in her wo's lately.  The "My Push Ups" as she called them were really fun.  I added in tricep dips to the push ups to give my arms a little more work... and boy were they fried by the time I was done.  My arms even buckled under me about rep 18 and I had to regroup before continuing.  The wo took me 13:27 so I added in 4 minutes of tabata-ish intervals of power jump squats, backward lunge with kick (right then left), and power jumping jacks.  I think this made a very good, intense wo.
