Fitness Challenge Day #18

Today's workout was the Body Burn Workout (http://www.bodyrock.tv/2009/12/16/body-burn-workout/).  This workout was supposed to consist of 2 rounds of the following exercises but I did 3 rounds instead.

1. 1- Leg Skip Rope 60 per leg
2. Explosive Push-ups 3 reps
3. 1-Leg Skip Rope 60 per leg
4. Explosive Push-ups 3 reps
5. Jump Up and Step Ups 5 per leg
6. Explosive Push-ups 3 reps
7. Jump Lunges 30 reps
8. 1- Leg Pike Press 5 per leg

Even with the 3 rounds, I was still done in 18:06. I have to admit, I didn't think the first two rounds were too bad but by the 3rd round I was really breathing hard. The Jump Lunges were the most difficult part of this workout to me.
