1. Super Low Oblique Hop Squats 20 reps
2. Grab the Knee Planks 20 reps
3. Knee Tuck, Leg Lift, Kick Up 10 reps
4. Cross Over Crunch Up 20 reps
This was by far one of the longest bodyrock.tv workouts I've done. The entire wo took me exactly 25 minutes. While it was long, it wasn't as intense as some. The last few days the wo I've done have been intense cardio and toning workouts. This one was more toning focus and very little cardio effect. It was a good change of pace for a longer, slower paced workout.
