I think I'm starting to feel better and get over my sinus infection and since I've been slacking a bit the last few days, I decided I needed to really go all out today. Zuzana designed the workout to consist of 3 rounds of the above circuit for a total of 12 minutes. However, I decided to increase the intensity and time by increasing the number of rounds from 3 to 5, for a total workout time of 20 minutes. This was tough! I liked this workout a lot and felt like it had a really good mix and sequence of exercises. The Reptile on the Run exercises were probably the most intense but the One Leg Squat with Switch were probably the hardest to actually perform. I lightly held on to the coffee table to assist with the squats. I forgot to keep track of my rep counts for the exercises so I don't have those to record.
