Fitness Challenge Day #39

Well, I was having internet problems this morning when it was time for my workout so I wasn't able to log in and find a new bodyrock.tv workout.  Instead, I decided to make up my own TRX workout.  It was an interval workout of 10 sec. rest and 30 sec. work.  I did four rounds of each exercise before moving on to the next.  Since there were 8 exercises in my workout, the total workout time was a little over 21 minutes.  The exercises I chose were:

1. 1-Leg Suspended Lunge (alternating each round)
2. Incline Push Ups
3. Swimmer Pulls
4. Pistol Squats with Hop
5. T's, Y',s and I's
6. Atomic Push Ups
7. Hamstring Curls
8. Single Leg Burpees with Push Up and Jump Up


I thought this was a pretty good workout.  It was definitely more of a toning workout than cardio but my heart did get pumping.  The Pistol Squats and Hamstring Curls were the two exercises that gave the most muscle burn.  In fact, I'm a little nervous I won't be able to walk tomorrow!
