1. Explosive Star Jumps/ Plank to Pike Jumps
2. Pike Leg Switch/ Seated Bicycle
3. Monkey Business Push Ups/ Flying Scissor Jumps
4. Strong Core Exercise/ Tricep Dips with Leg Kick Up
This was a really good workout, nice burn in the legs and arms and a decent amount of cardio work. I feel like my triceps are a weak spot and I want to try to work them more.... I think the 4th circuit accomplished this goal nicely for today.
