Daily Workouts

Well, I took measurements today.... and really no difference from when I started the challenge. However, I'm a pretty small, petite person and didn't go into the challenge figuring my measurements would change much.  I'm pretty happy with where I am right now and wasn't looking for inches or weight loss (okay I wouldn't mind losing a bit more of the baby belly), mostly just variety and challenge to my exercise time and I think I found that! Also, I definitely think my arms look more toned and possible my abs. So I definitely feel this challenge was a success and I will continue with it in some form or another.

Today I repeated a workout I did earlier in the challenge (http://adifferentchaos.blogspot.com/2010/05/fitness-challenge-day-5.html). This is the first time I've repeated a workout during the entire bodyrock.tv challenge so I have definitely had variety over the last month and a half.  Like last time, I changed one round of the side crunches to one-arm side push ups.  Also like last time, I added a Tabata-style interval to the end of the 2 parts of this workout. This time however, instead of repeating part 1 at the end, I changed the exercises to be ninja-jump tucks and power jumping jacks. I have a real love-hate relationship with those power jumping jacks.... they really get my heart pumping and my legs working, but they are HARD! I also shaved exactly 30 seconds off of the timed, second part of the workout.
