Fitness Challenge Day #25

Today I did the 300 Rep Workout (http://www.bodyrock.tv/2010/04/22/tooth-nightmare-and-300-rep-workout-for-sweet-dreams/).  This workout had 3 rounds of the following 8 exercises:

1. Snowboarders 20 reps
2. Pull-Ups 5 reps
3. Side V-Crunch 10 reps per side
4. Dive Bombers 10 reps
5. Straight Leg Hanging Knee Raises 10 reps
6. One Leg Side Lunge and Back Lunge Jumps 10 reps per leg
7. One Leg Burpee with Santana Push Up 5 reps per leg
8. One Leg Squat to Roll Back 5 reps per leg


I was able to finish this workout in 21:29.  This workout didn't get me breathing as hard as some but it did have a few exercises that were really tough.... the pull ups I used a chair to assist and for the one leg pistol squat/roll back I only held onto my leg with one hand and used the other to assist me.  I also ended up bending my knees quite a bit during the hanging leg raise so it was kind of a knee tuck.  The snowboarders and the 1-leg squat roll back were new to me and kind of fun to do and I also like Santana push ups so it was fun to have them in this workout.
