Fitness Challenge Day #24

Today I did the Psychopath workout (http://www.bodyrock.tv/2010/02/07/psychopath-workout/).  This workout was set up as an interval workout.  There were five exercises and each exercise was done for eight rounds of 10 seconds rest/ 20 seconds work.  The workouts in this exercise are as follows:

1. Burpees
2. One Leg Dead Lift with Jump
3. Mountain Climbers
4. Side Crunches
5. Side Lunge Touch Down


The mountain climbers were tough but the side crunches really slowed down the workout.  I'm finding that anytime a wo has a floor ab exercise, my heart rate and breathing really slows down. I think I need to start moving them to the end so I can keep the intensity up.
