She mentioned in the description of this wo that next time she'd change the order so the jump lunges and power jumping jacks weren't right next to each other. Well, I decided to ignore her suggestion and did it the way she originally wrote it. After doing it that way, I think I'd change the order of exercises too. The jump lunges followed by the power jumping jacks were killer. This was a lower body heavy wo but it was a good one for cardio and getting my heart rate up. I liked it quite a bit but would maybe add in another round of tricep dips or something similar between the last two exercises next time just to break them up and add a bit more upper body.
