I completed this workout in 14:36. This workout was a bit shorter than I wanted so when I finished I added a finisher that I pulled from a workout I did the other day from myomytv.com: 2 rounds of 20/10 intervals of the following 4 exercises.....power jumping jacks, mountain climbers, dynamic squats, and reverse lunges with kicks. Overall, these two pieces together made a pretty good workout. I have felt like I needed a bit more ab work than just the plank style stuff I've been doing lately and the toe touches and leg extensions were a good fit for this. The tabata-style finisher really got my heart rate going and added a bit of leg work to this workout.
