Fitness Challenge Day #2

Today I did the Bodyweight Interval Training workout on bodyrock.tv (http://www.bodyrock.tv/2010/01/31/bo...rval-training/).  This workout consisted of 4 rounds of 10 different exercise.  Each round was completed by doing 30 seconds of the exercise at maximum intensity and then 30 seconds of rest.  Repeat this round 4 times for each exercise.  The exercises in this workout were:
1. Low Jacks
2. Dynamic Push Ups
3. Jump Squats
4. Half Burpees
5. One Leg Side Jump Lunge
6. Pull Ups
7. Jump Step Ups
8. Dancing Crab
9. Butt Lift and Toe Touch
10. Twist Jump

The format of this workout made the time fly by.  I couldn't believe how quickly the 20 minutes went.  However, it was a bit easier workout than yesterday and I think next time I'd change the intervals to more of a Tabata style with 20sec. of work and 10 sec. of rest.  I'd also substitute something else for the Twist Jumps, I just didn't like how they felt while doing them.... sort of like I would totally wrench my back at any time.
