Fitness Challenge Day #11

Here is today's workout....http://www.bodyrock.tv/2010/05/13/sexy-summer-body-workout/.  The workout consisted of 20 different exercises, each performed for 1 minute, completing as many reps as possible in that 1 minute.  The exercises and number of reps I completed are as follows:

1. Prisoner Squat with Front Kick 37 reps
2. One Leg Elevated Push-ups 26 reps
3. Bicycle 50 reps
4. Left Leg Dead Lift 27 reps
5. Right Leg Dead Lift 27 reps
6. Tricep Dips 19 reps
7. Left Side Lunge Jump 34 reps
8. Right Side Lunge Jump 35 reps
9. Pulls Ups 6 reps assisted with a chair
10. Get Ups with 3lb weight 13 reps
11. Side Crunch left 25 reps
12. Side Crunch right 26 reps
13. Dive Bombers 14 reps
14. Jump Lunges 55 reps
15. Plank Knee Tucks 44 reps
16. Pike Press 26 reps
17. Hanging Knee Raises 14 reps
18. Reverse Push Ups 21 reps
19. Hanging Side Knee Raises 11 reps
20. Santana Push Ups 15 reps


I used a chair to assist with the pullups and used my TRX to do the reverse pushups (low rows).  This workout looked very intimidating but wasn't nearly as bad as I imagined.  The variety of exercises made the workout go very quickly but I think it also helped lessen the intensity.  Just when I was thinking I couldn't do another rep of an exercise, the minute would be up and I'd move on to a different exercise.
