Fitness Challenge Day #10

I did the Stereo Love Workout this morning (http://www.bodyrock.tv/2010/05/05/stereo-love-workout/). I'd agree with Zuzana in that this wasn't nearly as intense as many of her other workouts but it was longer, which is what I was looking for. I like this one, even though overall it took longer than most of her workouts it moved by really fast.   The workout consisted of 3 rounds of the following circuit:

1. One Leg Wall Sit 25 per leg
2. Jumping Jacks 40 reps
Left Leg Crawl with Pike Press and Push Up 5 reps
3. Jumping Jacks 40 reps
4. Right Leg Crawl with Pike Press and Push Up 5 reps
5. Jumping Jacks 40 reps
6. One Leg Toe Touches and Lowers 25 each leg
7. Jumping Jacks 40 reps
8. One Leg Dead Life 20 each leg
9. Jumping Jacks 40 reps
10. Jumping Jacks 40 reps


I don't have a jump rope, so I alternated subbing high knees and jumping jacks for the jump rope skipping. I also accidently added an extra round of jumping jacks/high knees between the sets of toe touches. So I did 25 right leg toe touches, 40 jumping jacks, and then 25 left leg toe touches. My overall time for this workout was 27:23.
