Well, day 6 for me was a planned rest day. A much needed rest! I have had some major muscle soreness since last week and I think it was good for my muscles to recoup a bit.
Day 7 wasn't actually from the bodyrock.tv website but was definitely very similar. I used my TRX and I did 6 rounds of 6 different exercises. Each round was 10 seconds rest followed by 30 seconds of work. So I did each exercise for 4 minutes with a total workout time of 24 minutes. The exercises I did were as follows:
Single Leg Squat with Hop
T's, I's, and Y's (shoulder exercise)
Atomic Push Ups (suspended push up with a reverse crunch)
Low Rows with 3 different hand positions
Hover Plank with Pike Tuck
Single Leg Burpees with Pushup and Jump-up
This was a pretty good workout, especially for the arms and abs. I've been feeling like I needed a more arm and ab dedicated wo and this fit the bill.
