Fitness Challenge Day #8

Day #8 today and I did the 550 Killer Reps workout (http://www.bodyrock.tv/2009/11/14/workout-550-killer-reps/). This workout consisted of 50 reps each of 11 different exercises.  The exercises were as follows:

1. Backward Lunge Kick-up
2. Walk Over Push-ups
3. Mountain Climbers
4. Sumo Squats with Knee Up
5. One Leg Bridge Leg Lift
6. Side Squat to Leg Lift
7. One Arm Side Push Ups
8. Star Crunch
9. Diagonal Touch Down
10. Side Plank Lifts
11. One Leg Wall Sit

I had to stop halfway through the walk over push-ups and take a quick breather before I finished the last 25, but I did do them all on my toes! My time was 18:34 but I'm wondering if I did something wrong since I did it so much quicker than Zuzuna's time. The video wasn't working and I'm guessing that my form probably wasn't as good, especially in the star crunch.... I know I wasn't lifting as high as she is in the photo. I also think I did the one-leg wall sit wrong. I was trying to do squats but now I'm thinking she was actually pulsing her extended leg. I'll have to see if the video is working some other time and get a better idea of what I was supposed to be doing.  Although the pushups were killers, overall the workout was a bit easier than some.
