Today's workout was the Fast Burn wo (http://www.bodyrock.tv/2009/11/26/fast-burn-workout/). This was a timed workout to see how quickly you could perform high reps of 4 different exercises. My time for this workout was 17:32. The ab exercise definitely took the most time but it was the Pike Jumps that really seemed to get to me. I noticed that my breathing and heart rate seemed to come down during the ab exercise. I think this is because it is more of an isolated movement type exercise and you are laying on the floor. Next time I might try moving the ab exercise to the end to see if I can keep the heart rate up for a longer duration.
1. Climber Lunges 50 reps
2. Pike Jumps 100 reps
3. Ab Exercise (2-legged can-can) 50 reps
4. Leg Switch 100 reps
