Fitness Challenge Day #5
This morning I did the Sweet Punishment Workout (http://www.bodyrock.tv/2010/04/15/sw...hment-workout/). I changed things up a bit by changing the final round of side crunches to one-armed side pushups. I also added a second round of the 4-minute interval done in part one of this workout. I added this extra 4-minutes interval workout after I finished part 2 of the workout. So I did part 1 (4 minutes), part 2 (9:58), then part 1 again (4 minutes). The backward jump lunges done during the intervals worked my muscles to complete fatigue. After the 4 minutes my legs were pure rubber and I couldn't even force myself to do another rep.
