Fitness Challenge Day #1

Today's workout was the Body on Fire workout from bodyrock.tv  (http://www.bodyrock.tv/2010/04/04/body-on-fire-workout/).  The workout consisted of 5 rounds, of 6 exercises, done in 40 second intervals for a total workout time of 20 minutes (plus warm-up and cool-down).  The 6 exercises in this workout were:

1. Over/Under right to left
2. Over/Under left to right
3. Happy Dancing Crap with Jump
4. Triple Knee Tuck
5. Pistol Squat and Kozacek
6. Swimming Push Up

This wasn't the hardest bodyrock workout I've ever done, but it was a good, quick, total body workout.  It wasn't overly focused on any one body part and the variety of exercises kept me from feeling total burn out on any of the exercises.  It was also short, which is what I needed since I got moving pretty late this morning and  have places I need to go today.
