Fitness Challenge Day #3

Today's workout was the Fat Assassin Workout (http://www.adifferentchaos.blogspot.com/).  This one was tough, I was breathing hard and my muscles were shaking!  Like the others I have done this week, this was also an 20 minute interval workout.  It consisted of 5 exercises, each performed for 6 rounds of 10 secs. rest and 30 secs. work.  The exercises for this workout include:
1. Ninja Jump Tucks
2. Half Burpee with Push Up
3. High Knees and Drop Down
4. Reverse Crunches
5. Side Step-Ups

I'm feeling pretty sore from the new Core Fusion workout I did on Sunday and all of the bodyrock.tv workouts I've done so far this week.  I'm afraid after today's workout that I may not be able to move at all tomorrow!
