Wednesday Workout

This morning I got in the Black Jack Body Blast wo from myomytv.com.  I did the first round as written but changed things up in the 2nd and 3rd rounds.  Instead of doing Side Squats left followed by Side Squats right, I decided to do Side to Side Squats for one interval and Pull Ups for the other interval.  I've been slacking on my  pull ups so figured adding them into the workout would force me to get some in.  This workout started out feeling pretty easy, but it is funny how the first round of a workout can be so deceptive.  By the time I finished with that last set of mtn. climbers I had changed my mind on the ease of this workout:)!
