This morning I followed a format similar to a workout I did a few weeks ago. I changed up some of the exercises a little but still enjoyed the format quite a bit.
Part 1: 10/20 Repeat 2xs
1. Power Jumping Jacks
2. Dynamic Squats
3. Flying Scissor Jumps
4. Forward/ Backward Jump Touch Down
Part 2: 15/45
1. TRX Tricep Presses
2. TRX Low Rows
3. Plank Elbow to Knee Tuck
4. Plank Ups
5. Push Up to Side Plank w/ Tuck Under
Repeat Part 1
