I decided to end this week and start off the new month, with another fun couplet workout. It was nearly the same as one I did a while back with a slight variation in exercises....10/30 intervals and each couplet was repeated 3xs before moving on to the next couplet.
1a. Explosive Star
1b. Walk Out Push ups
2a. Pike Leg Switch Jump
2b. Seated Bicycle
3a. Flying Scissor Jump
3b. Push Up to Side Bridge with Elbow tuck
4a. Turkish Get Ups w/10lbs
4b. Crunches w/ Leg Extension
5a. Roll Back/Jump up
5b. 1-Leg Push Ups
When I finished the workout I added 2 sets of 5 pullups. As always, I've been slacking on my push-ups so it was good to know I could still do 5. However, I need to get motivated to work on them some more so I can break the 6 rep barrier I seem to be at.
