Pull Up Breakthrough!

This morning I did 6 pull-ups!  I was so excited to finally break past the 5 rep plateau that has held me for so long.

Preceding my pull-ups was the Boom Boom bodyrock Wo.  This was a short workout (even after I tacked on some extra), but an interesting one.  The timed part 2 of the workout took me 3:30 the first round and 3:10 the second round.  So the total wo was a little under 15 minutes.

Part 1: 10/30 6xs
Triple Sumo Squat Jump

Part 2:
1. Plank Side Jump 10 reps
2. 1-Leg Toe Touches 10 reps

Part 3: 10/30 6xs
Side Burpee with Push Up and Knee Tuck

Repeat Part 2.
