Weekend Workouts

Yesterday was my scheduled day off and I enjoyed it by sleeping in with my husband!

Today I did the O-face workout.  I did this one a while back but changed it slightly this time.  Instead of doing the pull ups with knee raises, I just did hanging knee raises (since that is all I could really do anyway).  I also changed the side step lunges with side kicks to side jump squat with 1 rep equaling a touch down right and left.  This way the exercise was a bit more cardio and I the scheduled exercise just seemed awkward to perform.  After I finished the workout I did 2 sets of 3 pulls ups.  For some reason, the pullups seemed a bit harder today...maybe because of the pushups and hanging knee raises.
