Bodyrock.TV MyOMY Way Workout

Today I did one of Marianne's workouts... the Bodrock.Tv MyOMy Way wo (http://www.myomytv.com/bodyrock-tv-style-fat-burning-challenge/).  This was a great workout!  I modified is slightly by doing 15 rounds instead of 15 minutes.  I tend to stay more motivated when counting reps/rounds instead of watching the clock.  By the end of the 15 rounds, I was pouring sweat and my HR really got up there (138 BPM).  The total workout took me 22:22.  After completing the workout, I added 3 rounds of pullups with the following reps counts: 3, 2, 2.  The exercises in the workout were:

1. Evil Jumps 6 reps
2. 1-Arm Push Ups 3/arm
3. Double Sumo Squat Burpees (no push up) 6 reps
4. Pike Push-Ups 12 reps
