Monday through Thursday

Monday:
Hot Body Pump wo from myomytv.com with modifications.  Four rounds of the following:

1. Reptile Push Ups 10
2. Evil Jumps 20
3. Push Up into Side bridge with raise 10
4. Single Leg Dead Lift with Hop (right) 10
5. Single Leg Dead Lift with Hop (left) 10
6. Tricep Dips 15
7. Power Jumping Jacks 10

Tuesday:
Hot to Trot wo from bodyrock.tv with modifications.  This is 2 rounds of the first part and then 2 rounds of the second part.... rinse and repeat (so total of 4 rounds of each part)

Part 1
1. Elbow Plank 10 sec
2. Reptiles 30 reps
3. Elbow Plank 10 sec
4. Mountain Climbers 30 reps (1 rep = 1R+1L)
5. Elbow Plank 10 sec
6. Cross Knee Tucks 30 reps

Part 2
1. Monkey Push Ups with Jump 25 reps
2. Squat Twist Jump 25 reps

Wednesday:
Suicidal Sweat wo from bodrock.tv.  I did the whole workout and then repeated parts 1a and 1b.

15 rounds:
1a. 2 Jump Squats/1 Jump Tuck
1b. 2 half push ups/1 Power Pushup

6 rounds:
2a. Jumping Kick Ups 10reps
2b. Jumping Mountain Climbers 10 reps

4 rounds per leg:
3a. 1-Leg Pike Press 10 reps
3b. 1-Leg Jump Squats 10 reps

4. Twist 1-Leg Push Ups with 1-Leg Tricep Dips 20 reps

5. Pull Ups 5 reps


Thursday:
My own 25 rep workout.  The workout is 25 reps each of the following 15 exercises.  Nice, tough workout that lasted 17:30.
1. 10 high knees/drop down
2. side step ups left
3. side step ups right
4. reverse knee tucks
5. side jump lunges left
6. side jump lunges right
7. elevated pushups with cross knee tuck
8. ninja jump tucks
9. prisoner squat with cross knee raise
10. 1-leg tricep pushups
11. hanging knee raises
12. oblique plank to pike jumps
13. jump lunges (1 rep= 1 right+1 left)
14. strong core exercise
15. power jumping jacks
