Triplet Workout Repeat

Today I repeated a Triplet workout that was similar to yesterday's couplet workout.  Between yesterday and today, I've worked my core pretty well and I'm feeling it a bit tonight.  This workout also found me struggling during the side to side push ups.... I could do them all right, I just really felt I was working during them.  The final triplet kind of slowed down the pace of the workout and so next time I may try to change it up a bit.  Here is today's workout:

Workout: 3 Triplets, 6 minutes each

Triplet 1:
1a. Dynamic Squats-20
1b. Swmmer Push Ups-10
1c. Strong Core Exercise-10

Triplet 2:
2a. Jump Lunges-20
2b. Side to Side Push Ups-10
2c. Seated Bicycle-10

Triplet 3:
3a. Snow Boarder Jumps-20
3b. Plank Ups to Side Bridge Lift-10
3c. Leg Lift Star Crunch-10
