Final Friday Workout

The final workout in our house before we leave.  I know I may not have a chance for pull ups for a while so I decided to add some in to this workout.

Workout: 4 Couplets, 5 minutes each couplet, 3 Pulls Ups to bridge couplets

1b. Elevated Hip Circles-10

3 Pull Ups

Couplet 2:
2a. Roll Back Jump Up-0
2b. Elbow Plank to Side Bridge Lift-10

3 Pull Ups

Couplet 3:
3a. Surfer Jumps-10
3b. V-Situps-10

3 Pull Ups

Couplet 4:
4a. Side Jump Lunges-5/side
4b. Plank Elbow Knee Tuck-10
